Measurement
Inline-measurement of the inner and outer diameter of the cores during production. Apart from that we randomly measure the cores with gauges by hand. Lengths up to 3.000 mm are measured with a special digital length measuring system.

Data sheets
are provided for each product we generally use prime grade material from leading plastic material producers.

Recycling
Recycling instead of waste. Due to plastic’s characteristics, the products can be used repeatedly and therefore waste is remarkably reduced or even completely avoided. On customers’ demand some products get correctly sorted and reprocessed from our own material.
We generally see to an eco-friendly production, we handle resources and use even the smallest material reserves. Our machine park always suits to the latest environmental standards and is always state-of-the-art.

In collaboration with our associate partner company we offer a pooling system with foldable plastic boxes in order to reduce the waste of packaging and cores. The boxes are collected, cleaned and replaced when damaged and the entire pool of boxes is available at any time. Both companies observe the strict regulations of the pharmaceutical, hygienic and food industry.
